(More customer reviews)It is hard to know how sturdy the plastic would be under rough handling, but for my purposes so far, the construction seems to be quite good. I bought it to use in the bathtub and at the pool or beach. I have not actually submerged the product yet but it sure seems like it would hold the water out at least for a short time. It has 2 very sturdy zip tops and then you fold it up and snap the flap down. The only issue is that you really have to press down to make sure the zip tops are closed.
