I wanted an external case to protect the screen when I put the Kindle in my backpack. I didn't want to hold a thick flipover/folding case while I read, so I opted for the slender, minimalist Incipio case. But I wanted a lot of protection for when I travel. This little case does it - it's big enough to accommodate the K3 in the Incipio - it goes into the case easily, and when the roocase is zipped, the Kindle is very secure and well-protected. And for only $20 - a lot cheaper, and in my opinion, much better made than many other cases on the market. Recommended highly.
