(More customer reviews)First one I got was broken, so I had to get it replaced. I figured that with the first one being broken, they would take extra time to make sure the second was in good shape. Unfortunately the screen was slightly distorted (weird bubble on the screen), but after all the problems I don't even want to bother. I got what a paid for, a cheap touch screen mp3/mp4 player. It did say that it plays FLV files, however I downloaded a few and none worked, maybe a codec issue? I don't know.
Also should state that the support (as far as firmware and drivers is concerned) is in another language, I still wouldn't have any clue on how to update it. You can't add games or apps to it, even though the chip supports more functions. The touch screen needs a little bit of a push to get it working, even after calibrating. There is no place to put the stylus so you will have to carry it around with you.
That being said, I gave it a 4 overall because it does what its supposed to do. When converted correctly, the video quality is great. The music isn't horrible sounding, but it wouldn't win an award for the best music player out there. If you're interested in something to watch movies and listen to music at "not bad" quality, this is for you. Camera says 2MP, but I doubt that's the case. It's often choppy and blurry, even in good lighting. I packed it with music and a few movies, I'll keep up on the post if anything goes wrong with it.
