(More customer reviews)The case itself is perfect, just as described. It feels tough and padded enough to protect my Kindle 3 from small falls, bumps, and spills. You can't beat this product for the price; it certainly feels much sturdier and more functional than the $30-$90 cases (yes, people ACTUALLY pay that!) that I've seen in stores. I also like that it's thin and black...this gives it a sleek, no-nonsense look that I find much more attractive than other frilly, immature patterns/colors on the market. It gives you the sophistication of a simple leather case without the price.
The screen protector--like most other screen protectors I've had experience with--was a complete failure. It's impossible to get all of the bubbles out, the static attracts little fiber particles that drive my OCD crazy while I'm reading, and despite the description it has a significant glare in moderate to bright light. However, it's removable, so if you try it out and don't like it you can just peel it right off with no harm done.
Minus the screen protector, this is a great product, and the price is a great bonus!
