(More customer reviews)I reviewed this soon after purchasing it and gave it four stars. My only reservation had been the "easel" which allows one to prop the reader at a slant on a table for hands-free reading, which I had considered extraneous. I have still never used the "easel", and perhaps never will, but I am prepared to concede that it does no harm whatsoever, snapping firmly to the back of the case completely out of the way when it's not in use. I had also complained about the snap closure being off-center until I realized that this was necessary to leaving all of the ports accessible with the cover closed. So my only reservations were ill-founded.
Otherwise, the cover has three strengths:
1) It is of high quality, constructed of soft leather that is both durable and comfortable in the hand;
2) It protects the reader very well indeed; and
3) Most important, it is ergonomically superior to other covers (the front flap folds over the top and out of the way, allowing the user to comfortably hold the reader in one hand, while leaving all ports and buttons easily accessible).
If you love your PRS-505, then you owe it the best money can buy, and this is it. Highly recommended.
