(More customer reviews)I recently bought this for my Kindle 3 and it fits perfectly. No extra space when it's zipped up, but no need to squeeze or stretch the cover to make it fit. It is a fairly thin neoprene compared to the other case I have, a Belkin Pleated Kindle Sleeve, but this case does seem adequate to protect the Kindle in my purse. I wouldn't trust it to provide complete protection if I dropped the Kindle onto a hard surface.
The color of the case is more of a mossy green than the taupe/grey that I see on my computer screen. I wish it more closely matched what I see on my computer, but it's not that different, and I know that monitors may not perfectly display colors true to life.
Essentially this is a nice basic case. I chose it because of the graphic, which I like, and the low price. Even with shipping, this is a lot cheaper than many kindle cases. It would be a good first case for a new Kindle owner needing a little more time to decide among other case options, or to give as a gift along with a Kindle to someone who might want to eventually pick out a different case him/herself.
