(More customer reviews)I just received my first Kindle, and spent a couple of days looking online at different cases/covers. This appeared to be the best one on the market, for several reasons. The Kindle slips into the case from left to right, so that when the cover is closed, it is impossible for it to slip out. It has a very soft velvet lining and stiff construction between the leather and the velvet. All of the buttons, including the on/off switch, plug in for headphones and charging port are exposed. The only area not exposed is the speakers in the back. I'm not a fan of listening to books on tape, so this is not an issue for me. It appears to be very well made and looks exactly like the pictures. I'm very happy to have found this case, because the typical ones you see with elastic at the corners just didn't look like they would protect the Kindle as well. Also, the delivery was incredibly fast. I received it four days after the order was placed - and the estimate was five to seven days. I would highly recommend this cover to protect your Kindle.
